What are your opening hours ?
- We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Where do drivers wait for customers ?
- At airports, drivers wait, with a sign board displaying the passenger's name, at the flight exit gate located after luggage and customs clearance.
- At train stations, including Eurostar, drivers wait at the train platform entrance.
- In case of difficulty finding our chauffeur, either at airport or rail station, passengers must call our local number :
01 41 40 99 99. If passengers leave the pick up place by others means without calling First Limousine, they will be charged a No Show fee equal to the amount for the requested transfer.
For my departure transfer how do I know at what time you will pick me up ?
- Your pickup time will depend of your flight destination, the reserved airline class, and any requested Meet & Greet service. We will then, upon reservation, let you know your suitable pickup time.
How do you process charges ?
- We request a credit card payment approval for every firm reservation.
- 24 hours prior to customer arrival, all scheduled reserved services are charged on the provided credit card. Any service cancelled in due time is fully refunded on the provided credit card.
- Charges are processed exclusively in Euro currency.
What is your cancellation policy ?
- For chauffeur-driven car services with a pickup place within Paris city or local airports, there is no cancellation fee, as long as service is cancelled more than 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup. No Shows, transfers, and excursions cancelled less than 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
- For other chauffeur-driven car services requested in France outside the Paris area, any cancellation must be placed 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Otherwise, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
- For services other than chauffeur-driven ones, such as Licensed Guides or coaches, there are specific cancellation rules that are indicated to customers upon reservation.
Do you provide baby seats ?
- Yes, we do provide free baby seats. Please let us know at the time of booking that a baby seat is required.
Do I need to tip the driver ?
- Tips are entirely left to the customer's discretion. Tips cannot be charged on a credit card.
