This tour is an opportunity to visit the countryside of the French Riviera. Driving through the Loup Valley, you will see Tourette, also named the city of violets, a picturesque medieval village that sits on a very rocky hill. The ancient perched village of Gourdon clings to the edge of a rugged spur above the Loup River. The village is full of little boutiques. You will then visit Grasse, the world capital of perfumes. You may visit a perfume factory and discover the secrets of perfume creation. Saint Paul de Vence, an old fortified village, was discovered by famous painters and actors who used to meet at La Colombe d'Or, a local restaurant. You will enjoy visiting the Fondation Maeght, a museum of important modern art. Nearby, at Vence, you will visit the Chapelle du Rosaire, designed and decorated by Henri Matisse. Finally, you will visit Biot, the glassworks village, to observe glassblowers at work around their furnaces.
